Property Tax Payments - Partial Payments Accepted on Delinquent Taxes (Contact County Treasurer for More Information) Vehicle Tags & Taxes Drivers Licenses The Graham County Treasurer's primary function is to collect real estate, personal property, intangible and motor vehicle taxes, special assessments and other miscellaneous taxes for Graham County, cities, townships, school districts, and other taxing jurisdictions. The Treasurer apportions and distributes such revenue to local taxing units. The Treasurer functions as a bank for all revenue-generating County departments. Non-Commercial Class Driver License Fees Driver Licenses are available Tuesday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Applicants under age 21 receive a 4 year license (all licenses expire at age 21). Applicants age 65 and over receive a 4 year license. Applicants age 21 to 64 receive a 6 year license.
