The Maternal and Infant Program provides support, education, and counseling by a nurse, dietician, and social worker (if needed) to pregnant women of all ages. If your income meets the guidelines, there is no cost to you. Any income-eligible, pregnant woman, regardless of age or marital status, who lives in Graham County may participate in the program. • Assessment and follow-up with a registered nurse
• Assessment and follow-up with a registered dietician
• Assessment and follow-up with a social worker if needed
• Financial assistance for pre-natal care including physician fees, sonogram, lab work, and mileage for pre-natal care
